Mindfulness and meditation have been hailed as significant moderators for stress reduction and increased well-being - and the holidays can be a time when resilience is much needed. The invitation of mindfulness is to open up to experience the full range of life’s experiences, including difficulties and challenges, with balance and compassion. Participants will be guided in concepts and practices that can help us learn to turn towards difficulty in a compassionate way so that we can make wise choices about how to best care for ourselves and others.
