Mindfulness isn't just a formal practice - its also a way of relating to each other and our daily lives. Each meeting of Tea, Topics and Mindfulness will include a brief arriving practice and a topic for mindful discussion in small groups (if possible) and as a community. We'll have a variety of tea and maybe even some snacks on hand, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Participants are encouraged to contact us
about discussion topic ideas you'd like to suggest.

If you are practicing with us in the Peace Pod, please arrive on time as we sill start promptly. The inner suite door may be locked after the class begins and your guide may not hear you to let you in if you arrive late. There are no refunds for late cancellations and missed classes.
