Learning from the changing season how to meet life with balance.

Join us for a restorative morning of mindfulness practice in the beauty of autumn. Together, we’ll explore how nature teaches us to stay balanced through life’s changes, drawing inspiration from the colors, sounds, and lessons of the season.

Our time will include:
  • Grounding Arrival & Opening Meditation – welcoming the season with presence.
  • Guided Nature Meditation & Sense and Savor Walk – tuning into the sights, sounds, and wisdom of the fall landscape.
  • Mindful Snack Practice – savoring nourishment with gratitude.
  • Reflection Circle & Journaling – exploring what we’re ready to release and what we want to cultivate.
  • Gentle Movement & Closing Meditation – embodying steadiness, flexibility, and balance.
We’ll conclude with a closing circle and an optional bring-your-own picnic lunch for those who wish to linger in community. All are welcome to join in this morning of connection, reflection, and renewal in nature.
