This important workshop provides guidance in creating a culturally sensitive, inclusive, and responsive mindfulness experience for diverse populations. Participants will be guided in an experiential exploration of cultural self-awareness to help us better serve the diverse individuals and groups we work with. This training is appropriate for anyone who offers or wishes to offer the attitudes and practices of mindfulness in their work with others. Wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat on hand if you have one. This class will be offered online via Zoom - read about our online etiquette here. Take one or all three classes:
