Mindful Movie Night: Mantra - Sounds Into Silence
with Guest Instructor

The Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness is hosting a local screening of Mantra - Sounds into Silence, a special feature-length music documentary that shares the moving stories of people who are finding healing and a sense of inner peace by singing mantras together. Mantra can be a powerful meditation tool for setting intentions for practice and focusing attention.

For this event to happen, we need people to reserve tickets for the 5/10/2018 at 7:30 pm screening at the Leawood AMC Town Center 20. The screening will only happen if enough tickets are reserved to meet the minimum “tipping” point!
