2. Navigating Emotions Mindfully
3. The Role of Psychological Flexibility/Emotional Agility in Relationships
4. Navigating Difficult or Complicated Relationships Mindfully
Each session includes a combination of didactic and experiential learning and also address 1) barriers that make it difficult to “do the know” along with 2) specific examples of translating the conceptual into our daily lives. Attend one, or all 4 sessions. FREE for MAM members,
