In order to live a happy life, it’s important to develop an understanding of and take an active interest in the causes and conditions that make happiness possible. This class will explore some of the many ways our lives are interwoven: mind and body, cause and effect, interpersonally, and environmentally. Participants will be guided through several practices that will help engender a felt sense of interconnection. We will also explore how embracing interdependence can help us find greater balance and increase opportunities for joy in our lives and the lives of others.
