Bring greater mindfulness to your interpersonal world! Relationships are some of the most important and highly valued aspects of our lives, yet they are often difficult and complicated. Mindful connection and communication are key to enhancing our relationships by helping us navigate difficult conversations and challenging emotions. This monthly mindfulness practice can help participants deepen connections by leading with presence, focusing on what truly matters, and shifting towards empathy and compassion for self and others. Dyadic and small breakout group exercises and practices will be a highlight of these meetings. All are welcome, including beginner to advanced mindfulness practitioners. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your meditation cushion if you have one. A limited number of folding chairs, yoga mats and cushions are available to borrow. Once you've purchased your pass, register for the class you wish to attend using our calendar. If you are joining us online, read about our online etiquette here https://mindfulness-alliance.org/offerings/online-offerings/.

Please arrive on time as the inner suite door is locked and the teacher may not hear you to let you in if you arrive late. We have 24 hour cancellation policy for these classes and no refunds are given for missed classes.
