This FREE introductory two- hour session is designed to introduce participants to Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), the revolutionary program developed by Drs. Kristin Neff & Christopher Germer. The MSC program teaches participants how to tame the harsh, inner self-critic and approach themselves with kindness and care. Research has shown that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional wellbeing, boosts happiness, reduces anxiety and depression, and can even help maintain healthy lifestyle habits such as diet and exercise. This introductory session is offered to help you decide whether MSC might be a good fit for you. Time for Q & A is built into the session. Anyone who completes this session can take 20% off the next MSC offering if they register before the deadline.
