Mindfulness in relationship with others is an advanced practice. Relationships are some of the most important and highly valued aspects of our lives, yet they are often difficult and complicated. Mindful connection and communication are key to enhancing our relationships by helping us navigate difficult conversations and challenging emotions.

This monthly mindfulness class can help participants deepen connections by leading with presence, focusing on what truly matters, and shifting towards empathy and compassion for self and others. Dyadic and small breakout group exercises and practices are facilitated to cultivate greater ease, deeper intimacy and more authentic relating.

All are welcome, including beginner to advanced mindfulness practitioners. Wear comfortable clothing and have your meditation cushion handy if you have one. A limited number of folding chairs, yoga mats and cushions are available to borrow on location. If you are joining us online, you will be emailed a Zoom URL upon registration. Read about our online etiquette here https://mindfulness-alliance.org/online-offerings/
