Join Tracy Ochester, PsyD live via Zoom in a set of practices designed to help you get grounded and embodied, connect with your deepest intentions, and create a plan for committed action. Participants will be guided in some gentle and adaptable mindful movement, a meditation crafted to help you listen to the voice of wisdom within, and an interpersonal processing exercise to brainstorm a path forward.
