Join us for a teacher-led half-day Mindfulness Retreat for experienced meditators. Setting aside a longer protected time for continuous practice is a great way to deepen your mindfulness experience. We will alternate between minimally guided stillness practice and your choice of independent mindful walking outdoors or guided movement, all while maintaining silence. Zoom participation is the default and you can read about our online etiquette here - the login will be emailed to you upon registration. Depending upon the teacher's needs, you may also be welcome to attend on-site. On-site seats are limited, so you must let us know at least 24 hours before the event if you wish us to reserve you a seat on location. If you are attending on-site, we recommend bringing a hot/cold beverage container for tea or water, a yoga mat and cushion if you have them, and shawl or blanket. Some chairs, mats and props are available at the center.

There is a two part process to reserving your seat in this class:

Pre-registration is required so we can plan accordingly. No refunds the day of the event or thereafter. The teacher may choose to cancel the retreat in the event of under-enrollment - if this happens registrants will receive a full refund.
