How is mindful movement different from a typical yoga class? Why is embodiment important in mindfulness practice? This unique training for mindfulness informed professionals will guide participants in a better understanding of mindful movement practices from a trauma-aware perspective. Offered online via Zoom (read about our online etiquette) and led by certified mindfulness and yoga teachers, this training is appropriate for anyone who offers or wishes to offer the attitudes and practices of mindfulness in their work with others. Comfortable attire you can move in and a yoga mat will be useful for this training.
