Vision Board for a Mindful New Year
January 23 (Saturday) at 10:00 am (GMT-06:00)

Online Class

Julia Grimm, LMLP-T
Class length
2 hours
A mindful vision board can help us creatively explore our priorities and focus our attention on what we would like to take with us into the future. In this workshop we will practice anchoring ourselves in the present moment while envisioning what we would like to see more of on the path ahead. Paying close attention to our values, we will reflect and find clarity on what we would like to develop in different areas of our lives, such as personal or professional development, self-care and self-compassion, or even limitless dreaming about the seemingly impossible.

This workshop will include a guided meditation, opportunities to connect with others, as well as time spend creating your own vision board. You will need to have on hand:
  • a sturdy piece of cardboard to use as your canvas
  • things to write or draw with
  • scissors
  • tape or glue
  • images printed from the internet or from magazines, newspapers, cards or old photos
  • any decorative or craft items you'd like to use to express yourself creatively
