Join us for a gentle yoga class in the courtyard under the shade trees and among the flowers. This class is designed to unite body and mind and provide a bridge between formal practice and mindfulness in daily life. Mindfulness isn’t only a stillness practice and many of us find it easier to enter stillness after we move. Plus, connecting with nature brings its own benefits. Bring a yoga mat, dress in comfortable clothing you can move in and have bottled water on hand if you like. If there is rain, we will bring the practice indoors into the Peace Pod. Pre-registration is required - no need to go into the Peace Pod - we will meet in the courtyard between the buildings.

*No refunds are given on the day of the class for which you are registered. You must cancel before the day of the class if you would like to use your pass on another date.
