This year instead of setting a New Year’s resolution, how about shifting into a mindful state of presence? This two hour workshop helps participants focus on setting mindful intentions that are steeped in personal values and core desired feelings. Focusing on being instead of doing, mindful guidance and practices will include meditation, private reflection, journaling, and discussion. This class will be held online via Zoom Central time US.
