This pass is for the On Demand: Embodied Mindfulness - Cultivating Authentic Presence workshop. Deah Robinson and Erik Hulse, CMT-200 experientially explore the concept and practice of embodiment, which is the representation or expression of mindfulness in a tangible form (54 minutes). When we are mindfully connected with our experience, mindfulness is infused into our very way of being. Through our personal practice of mindfulness, we can become beneficial role models, in our speech and actions, of the attitudes of mindfulness, exuding qualities such as acceptance, compassion and non-judgement. This seminar will experientially guide you toward an understanding of the key features of embodied mindfulness and help you identify obstacles to embodiment. These qualities are useful for anyone who practices mindfulness, but are especially key for those who help, teach or lead others. Viewing the Cultivating the Fundamental Attitudes of Mindfulness seminar is recommended, but not required. Your link to the course will arrive via a registration confirmation email.
