This is a place holder for our 5-Day Retreat Optional Practice Period. People who are already registered for the 5-Day retreat as online participants can sign up for optional practice periods here. This will let us know to set up the recording equipment for you so you can participate. You will use the same primary Zoom link provided for the retreat.
  • Evening Silent Meditation: Sunday - Thursday 8-9 pm

  • Morning Mindful Movement and Silent Sit: Monday - Friday 7-8 am

  • Mindful Photography: Monday - Friday 7:30-8 am and Monday - Thursday 6-7 pm

  • Creativity Practice: Color - Monday 11 am-noon

  • Forest Bathing: Monday 2-3 pm (as weather allows)

  • Creating Sacred Intentions: Monday 4-5 pm

  • Mindful Labyrinth Walk: Tuesday 11 am-noon

  • Sense and Savor Walk: Tuesday 2-3 pm (as weather allows)

  • Creativity Practice: Shape Tuesday 4-5 pm

  • Creativity Practice: Texture - Wednesday 11 am-noon

  • Yin Yoga for Relaxation: Wednesday 2-3 pm 

  • The Power of Breath: Wednesday 4-5 pm 

  • Creativity Practice: Perspective - Thursday 11 am-noon 

  • Music Nidra for Relaxation: Thursday 2-3pm 

  • Revisiting Rest: Thursday 4-5 pm
