Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness teacher Marla Herron will provide instructions and guide a meditation Sunday April 24, 2022 from 7-8 pm online via Zoom (US Central time) to help you relax the body and calm the mind. This class is FREE for adult students and teachers. Beginners are welcome - no previous meditation experience is required.
