The Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness Queer Community Practice Gathering offers a protected space of ease and support for people across the sexuality and gender identity spectrum to practice mindfulness together and cultivate inner freedom. This practice meeting is meant for those who identify as queer or anywhere on the LGBTQIA2SP+ spectrum. Participants are guided in a variety of mindfulness practices and time is reserved for discussion. All of our classes are scheduled in the US Central time zone.

⚠️ This class is often offered both online and on site. Please check the class location (below the course title) to see if you are registering to attend online via Zoom or on-site. You can read about our online etiquette here https://mindfulness-alliance.org/offerings/online-offerings/.

⚠️ Pre-registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link or building access code via email.

Cost:
In person, on-site participants: Please arrive at least five minutes early for class and feel free to bring your own meditation cushion and yoga mat. Spares are available onsite to loan. Our locations are often locked for privacy and/or security reasons. So, if you arrive late and class has already started, the facilitator may not hear you to let you in. Remember, no refunds are provided for missed classes. Arriving early also allows time to set up a cozy spot with any equipment and props you might need to be comfortable before the class begins.

*No refunds are given on the day of the class for which you are registered. You must cancel before the day of the class if you would like to use your pass on another date.
