Intentions are the drivers of our actions and they powerfully impact our state of mind. Mindfulness can help us become more aware of our intentions so that we can align our actions with our deepest values. During this ½ day mindfulness retreat we will creatively explore our intentions through meditation, mindful movement, and the creation of handmade journals - all while practicing companionable silence.

When: Sunday September 25, 2022 from 9 am - noon US Central time with Tracy Ochester and teacher trainees Wanda Bentrop and Julie Kohlhart

Where: In the Peace Pod

Fee: Pay What You Can (to help defray cost of materials) - please purchase your "Pay What You Can" pass before registering

Wear clothing that you can move in and that you don't mind getting messy. We will provide all the materials you need, but if you have any special items you’d like to use to personalize your journal, such as greeting cards, fabric, old magazines, or photos, buttons, charms, beads or stickers, leaves, pressed flowers or other natural items, please feel free to bring them along. If the weather allows we may spend some time in the courtyard, so please bring a blanket, yoga mat or portable chair and dress accordingly.
