In every culture, wisdom is passed down from generation to generation. It used to be part of every child's education, but with technology pushing us ever faster and more urgently in all that we do, we can sometimes forget to pause and consider the wisdom we have been given. Join Cathan Kabrelian, CMT-200 and Shane Ledford, CMT-200 in their love of Japanese culture and in celebrating the new year with remembering the wisdom of our ancestors. We'll meditate on the wit and wisdom found in many Japanese customs and sayings, and we'll discuss how these might prove quite useful to us in our modern world.
