Join Shane Ledford and Tracy Ochester for a teacher-led half-day mindfulness retreat in which we explore mindful ways to renew and restore ourselves through nature connection and community. Setting aside a longer protected time for continuous practice is a great way to deepen your mindfulness experience. We will alternate between guided stillness practice and mindful movement, all while maintaining companionate silence. Bring a sack lunch to enjoy in community after the retreat if you'd like.
When: Sunday April 16, 2023 from 9 am - noon with optional sack lunch social from noon - 1 pm
All of our classes are scheduled in the US Central time zone. Pre-registration is required so we can plan accordingly. No refunds the day of the event or thereafter. The teacher may choose to cancel the retreat in the event of under-enrollment - if this happens registrants will receive a full refund.
