The Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness Queer Community Practice Gathering offers a protected space of ease and support for people across the sexuality and gender identity spectrum to practice mindfulness together and cultivate inner freedom. This practice meeting is meant for those who identify as queer or anywhere on the LGBTQIA2SP+ spectrum. Participants are guided in a variety of mindfulness practices and time is reserved for discussion. All of our classes are scheduled in the US Central time zone.

Cost:
In person, on-site participants: Please arrive at least five minutes early for class and feel free to bring your own meditation cushion and yoga mat. Spares are available onsite to loan.

For those attending at the KCAI Jannes Library outside of business hours, enter through the back door which will be unlocked 15 minutes before class begins. Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. The building door will lock at the start of class time and there will be nobody to let you in if you arrive lateWe have 24 hour cancellation policy and no refunds are given for missed classes.
