The Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness offers a weekly community-wide mindfulness practice meeting led by a rotating group of trained mindfulness teachers. All are welcome, from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners. Each class involves some combination of guided meditation, mindful movement, or other activities designed to strengthen mindfulness and compassion for self and others. Time for discussion will be reserved near the end.
