with Tracy Ochester, CMT-200

ONLINE

December 8 (Sunday)
at 10:30 am (GMT-06:00)

Class length
60 minutes

Location
Online via Zoom

Drop in for any or all of this hour of contemplative connection online via Zoom. For the first 30 minutes we'll practice together in silence, each of us engaging in our own personal practice (such as meditation, journaling, yoga, mindful walking, contemplative prayer, etc.). Then for the next 10 minutes a topic relevant to our daily lives will be offered. For the final 20 minutes of our meeting we will discuss or reflect upon the topic together - how it shows up in our lives and personal practices, how we’re working with it, any struggles, and what we’re discovering along the way. Creative prompts will be provided as needed to help stimulate contemplation and conversation.

Where: Online via Zoom (the Zoom link we be emailed to you shortly before the meeting)

Cost: Optional "pay what you can pass" - if you're able to contribute, please click here to pay what you can before registering for the class.
