Learning to be mindful in our relationships is perhaps one of the most difficult mindfulness skills we can master. In this four part series you will learn and practice:

1. Mindfulness in Communication 
2. Navigating Emotions Mindfully 
3. The Role of Psychological Flexibility/Emotional Agility in Relationships
4. Navigating Difficult or Complicated Relationships Mindfully 

Each session includes a combination of didactic and experiential learning and also address 1) barriers that make it difficult to “do the know” along with 2) specific examples of translating the conceptual into our daily lives. Attend one, or all 4 sessions. FREE for MAM members, $20 per session for non-members.
