Finding it hard to plan far ahead or fit a half day retreat into your life? Maybe a half day retreat sounds a little intimidating… If any of this describes your situation, these spontaneous, condensed retreats might be for you! We will engage in a micro version of gentle mindful movement, guided meditation, and mindful eating all within a 2 hour span of observed silence. Bring your own snack for mindful eating or try the simple snack we’ll provide. We also invite you to bring your own cushion and yoga mat if you have them (we have spares and folding chairs) as well as a hot/cold beverage container. Pre-registration is required so we can plan accordingly.
