Fortunately a mindfulness practice can help us meet difficulty with greater wisdom and ease. Join us for a virtual practice meeting in which we will discuss the ways mindfulness can help us better manage anxiety and stress and engage in a guided practice to help us cultivate equanimity and self-compassion.
