Eight months later, we are still in the middle of uncertainty. Many of us turned to mindfulness in our own times of challenge and uncertainty. How can we use this global crisis and suffering to return to the nurturing foundations of mindfulness? This 1 hour workshop will provide participants an opportunity to check in with their mindfulness practice and learn new ways to employ the invitations of mindfulness to support you in your journey.
