Take a break over the lunch hour and gently “come home to yourself” with this facilitator guided virtual compassion cultivation mindfulness meditation experience (via Zoom) focused on connecting with compassion for self and others and cultivating courage in the face of difficulty. We will create a space in which you might let go of all the doing, thinking and worrying, and tap into this boundless internal resource that is always available to you, regardless of what is happening in the external world.
