Online Class

Cathan Kabrelian, CMT-200
Class length
1 hour
Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness 11100 Ash Street Suite 103 Leawood, KS 66211
This community practice meeting is for people who have an established mindfulness practice and are looking for longer periods of silence with minimal guidance from the teacher. We will sit for 30-40 minutes and then engage in facilitated group discussion. This class is offered both live online via Zoom and on-site. We will assume you are attending virtually unless you contact us to let us know you want to reserve a limited seat in the classroom. You can read about our online etiquette here

Wear comfortable clothing and have a meditation cushion and yoga mat on hand if you wish to practice from the floor (we have some spares to share as well as folding chairs if you’d like to be up off the ground). Participants are also welcome to practice from a chair. If you're joining us on site, please arrive at least five minutes early for class. Our locations are often locked for privacy and/or security reasons. So, if you arrive late and class has already started, the facilitator may not hear you to let you in. Arriving early also allows time to set up a cozy spot with any equipment and props you might need to be comfortable before the class begins.

There is a two part process to reserving your seat in this class:
1. Register for the desired class using the calendar (you must have a waiver on file with MAM), and
2. Purchase the appropriate pass by clicking the link below (save by becoming a member for as little as $15 per month):
*No refunds are given on the day of the class for which you are registered. You must cancel before the day of the class if you would like to use your pass on another date. Passes expire within one year of purchase date.

You must sign-in to book a spot in this class.
