This unique training for mindfulness informed professionals will guide participants in a better understanding of mindfulness meditation and how to teach it from a trauma-aware and inclusive perspective. Offered online via Zoom (read about our online etiquette) and led by trained and certified, trauma informed mindfulness teachers, this training is appropriate for anyone who offers or wishes to offer the attitudes and practices of mindfulness in their work with others.
