This two hour workshop is designed to help you plan, organize and sustain your personal practice in order to maximize your success!   • Learn the difference between “formal” and “informal” practice
  • Develop strategies for incorporating mindfulness into daily life

  • Walk away with a personal plan to bring more mindful awareness to your life
