This two hour workshop is designed to help you plan, organize and sustain your personal practice in order to maximize your success! During this casual, interactive offering you will:
  • Reflect on your personal values and practice goals
  • Learn the difference between “formal” and “informal” practice
  • Develop strategies for incorporating mindfulness into daily life
  • Incorporate several “accelerator” techniques for deepening your practice
  • Walk away with a personal plan to bring more mindful awareness to your life
