Take a mid-day mindfulness lunch break where the menu includes a variety of teacher led mindfulness and meditation practices. Return to your busy day filled with increased balance, focus and presence. Upon registration, you will be emailed the Zoom URL.

There is a two part process to reserving your seat in this class:
1. Register for the desired class using the calendar (you must have a waiver on file with MAM), and
