With COVID-19 vaccines underway, some of us are readying ourselves for in-person connection with a mindfulness community. Having completed her vaccinations, Tracy Ochester, PsyD, RYT-200 is offering a donation based (optional), on-site only weekly meeting in KCMO. This meeting is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners and will offer some combination of gentle mindful movement, guided meditation, and/or discussion. Any donations exceeding the cost of space rental will go to Inner Space neighbors:
- Operation Breakthrough - providing a safe, loving and educational environment for children in poverty and empowering their families through advocacy, emergency aid and education
- Amethyst Place - supporting women recovering from drug and alcohol addiction and their children by providing safe housing and individualized services to promote healthy families
When: Sundays from 6-7 pm (starting March 2021)

We will follow mask-wearing and physical distancing recommendations from the KCMO Health Department - space is limited so pre-registration is required to guarantee your seat. Wear comfortable clothing and have a yoga mat and meditation cushion on hand if you wish to practice from the floor. You are also welcome to practice from a chair which we have available on site. Yoga mats and a very limited number meditation cushions are available on site to borrow if needed.
There is a two part process to reserving your seat in this class:

Please arrive on time as we sill start promptly. The inner suite door may be locked after the class begins and the teacher may not hear you to let you in if you arrive late. There are no refunds for donations.
