At the root of some of our world’s most pressing problems is a misunderstanding of our relationship to one another and the planet that sustains us. In order to live a fulfilling life, it's important to develop an accurate understanding of and take an active interest in cultivating the causes and conditions that make happiness possible. Join Tracy Ochester, PsyD, RYT-200 in a mindful exploration of some of the many ways our lives are intertwined: mind and body, cause and effect, interpersonally, and environmentally. In this two-hour online workshop, participants will be guided through several practices that will help engender a felt sense of interconnection. We will also explore how embracing interdependence can help us find greater balance and increase opportunities for joy in our lives and the lives of others. Attend online via Zoom (URL will be provided with your registration confirmation). This class will be recorded but participants will not be included in the recording.
