Deah Robinson and Erik Hulse, CMT-200 review the fundamental attitudes that serve as a foundation for a practice of mindfulness (72 minutes).

The attitudinal factors of mindfulness “constitute the major pillars of mindfulness practice” according to Jon Kabat-Zinn, developer of the pioneering Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. This seminar provides an experiential exploration of Kabat-Zinn’s fundamental attitudes from his book Full Catastrophe Living, such as patience, trust and beginner's mind. Your guides will offer teachings, practices, and group discussion, as well as suggestions for bringing the benefits into everyday living. Reading Kabat-Zinn’s book is useful, but not necessary for this workshop.

Access to your video expires one year from the purchase date.
