At the root of some of our world’s most pressing problems is a misunderstanding of our relationship to one another and the planet that sustains us. In order to live a fulfilling life, it's important to develop an accurate understanding of and take an active interest in cultivating the causes and conditions that make happiness possible. Join Tracy Ochester, PsyD, RYT-200 in a mindful exploration of some of the many ways our lives are intertwined: mind and body, cause and effect, interpersonally, and environmentally. In this one-hour workshop, participants are guided through practices that will help engender a felt sense of interconnection. We will also explore how embracing interdependence can help us find greater balance and increase opportunities for joy in our lives and the lives of others.
