Mindfulness and meditation have been hailed as significant moderators for stress reduction and increased well-being. Many of us find once we start practicing that we encounter more challenges than anticipated. The invitation of mindfulness is to open up to experience the full range of life’s experiences, including difficulties and challenges. In this three session workshop series, participants are led through a number of practices that can help us learn to turn towards suffering in a compassionate way so that we can make wise choices about how to best care for ourselves and others.
