This
FREE introductory 90 minute session is designed to introduce participants to
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the revolutionary program developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn. MBSR provides intensive training in mindful awareness practices to address issues that arise from dealing with chronic illness, pain and everyday life stresses. Participants cultivate mindfulness skills and explore common and unique life-challenges within a safe, supportive group learning environment. This introductory session is offered to help you decide whether MBSR might be a good fit for you. Time for Q & A is built into the session.
